Breathing Foundations for Success with Brass and Woodwinds

In this class, we'll explore the foundation of our sound as wind players (both brass and woodwind)--the breath! Through targeted breathing exercises, warm up routines, and intentional mindful awareness, we'll build consistency and confidence in our playing. Great for establishing (or re-establishing) good habits, and reducing performance anxiety/nervousness!
