Music in the Key of Qi (Chi) Camp
Learn Qigong for Musicians!
Qigong is an ancient Chinese Healing Art form that explores postures, breathing, and meditations to improve the body’s Qi, or energy.
Qigong is a daily practice that will help increase focus and performance, reduce performance anxiety, prevent and reduce pain from chronic overuse injury, and increase breath support.
No materials are needed except for enough room to open your arms safely in all directions and a visible camera angle to show your full-frame standing. Printed materials will be provided.
