Fantastic! I learned so much about jazz improvisation! I particularly loved working from Ali’s solos and trying to write my own and getting such valuable feedback to improve my skills. I also really enjoyed working on soloing in different keys, and learning more on on some of the jazz standards. The learning atmosphere was just great as Ali was taking the time to bring each one of us one step higher as Jazz flutists. Thank you Ali!

Excellent. Ali was very well prepared and introduced songs based on the chord patterns of "I've Got Rhythm," as well as jazz techniques to support playing "Rhythm Changes." I look forward to reviewing the video; there was so much valuable information! Always kind, Ali critiqued my solo performance and that of another student, acknowledging growth in both of our performances.
