Exploring the Japanese Knitting Stitch Bible with Gayle Roehm
About Exploring the Japanese Knitting Stitch Bible with Gayle Roehm
From easy to brain-bending! The Japanese Knitting Stitch Bible (JKSB) includes a wide range of stitches and techniques to create lovely sculptured knitting. We'll start with a stitch pattern that gives you a lot of “bang for the buck”: it’s lovely and relatively easy to knit. Then we'll move on to other stitch patterns with more challenge: patterning on both right and wrong sides, with complex combinations. Swatches include borders and yoke wedges, as well as overall patterns. You’ll get lots of practice with Hitomi Shida’s style, and with the charts and symbols. Feel free to bring any questions you may have from the book.
