Flavor Profile World Tour 2 with Christine Seelye-King

Join Chef Christy on a tour of cuisines from around the world! In this 4-session class, you’ll learn the significant seasonings and ingredients that typify the flavors of the cuisine and lifestyle of each area. This time around we’ll be visiting Greece, Oceania, Mexico, and round out the tour with a celebration of Oktoberfest and German food! Cook along from the comfort of your home kitchen, and customize the ingredients lists to suit your individual needs! Bonus Recipes, Drink Suggestions and more will be included. Please note any food allergies or dietary considerations so the menus can be tailored to your needs.

This class is presented in collaboration with John C. Campbell Folk School and Lessonface. The capacity for this class is 12 students. Students are invited to attend a large group Orientation and Closing Ceremony to connect with various classes online.

You can log into your Lessonface dashboard to access class materials, communicate with your instructor, join the live Zoom session, and access the class recordings and chat transcript afterward.

Refund Policy: To cancel an enrollment or request a refund, contact support@lessonface.com. For 30+ days before, we refund 95%. Between 30 and 5 days, receive a 75% refund. No refunds within 5 days of class start date. Materials kit fees are non-refundable.

Christine Seelye-King started to cook when she was 8, or 6 if you count her Easy Bake Oven. Her father owned a restaurant when her folks were first married and she grew up with him watching Julia Child and experimenting with cuisines such as French, Chinese, Japanese, German and party foods of all types.
