The Magic of Canva + Dissolvable Paper for Unique Embroidering
About The Magic of Canva + Dissolvable Paper for Unique Embroidering
Modern technology at your fingertips, for pennies on the dollar! Watch and learn from a fiber and surface design artist - you'll see on screen how to use Canva's free services to create images and fonts that please you, and print them on water-soluble stick-on embroidery papers that work in a home printer. Canva is a free online graphic design program that is very user-friendly and has a huge image library, and this demo will show everyone how to best use it for stitching purposes. It's so fun!
We will design, lay out, and resize images that excite you to embroider on garments or fabrics for wall art, and discuss stitches that make your designs work. If you feel stymied by using graphic design programs or stick & stitch papers, this class is for you! Unlock all the creative powers available with these simple digital tools.
The capacity for this class is 50 students.
