If you missed our recent TeacherFest session on Best Practices for Teaching Arts & Crafts Online, don’t worry, we took some notes! Lessonface & John C. Campbell Folk School instructors Terry Hale and Marjorie Langston invited participants to contribute their insights and experiences from teaching online. Below are some bullet points of what was covered.

Teacher Spotlight: Lindsay Artkop

Lindsay Artkop graduated from Berklee College of Music in 2016 with a B.A in Professional Music. While at Berklee, she concentrated on Drum Set Performance and Music Business. Her education also strengthened her skills in Music Theory, Harmony, Ear Training and Songwriting. This has certainly helped make her a student favorite since joining Lessonface in 2018. Lindsay has taught over 600 lessons and is praised for her teaching style, organizational skills and superb class materials. We caught up with this month's Teacher Spotlight via email from her home in Los Angeles.

Hi Lessonface Students and Teachers!

What would happen if you commit to 12 weeks of lessons?

2023 May Sale

A three month routine of lessons (and practicing for those lessons) can create powerful habits for our futures, and great habits help us toward our long term goals. Focusing on what you’re trying to achieve and why can inspire and motivate you to keep going long enough to create the new habits or routine you envision.

And a teacher who supports you every step of the way can be a very important part in keeping you on track towards reaching your goals!
