I'm a versatile singer, composer, and also a trainer. From a very young age, I have learned music from various famous singers like pt. Jagdish Prasad, Smt. Subha Guha, Smt. Avantika Chakraborty and so on. I've completed B.A in Bengali song from Bengal music college and M.A in Hindustani classical music from Rabindra Bharati University. I have completed a Ph.D. in Music from Rabindra Bharati University. As I took various types of music training so I like to teach various genres such as Classical, Semi-classical songs, Bhajan, Thumri, Raagpradhan, Ghazal, commercial Hindi, and Bengali songs, and so on. I have gained a lot of work experience to date. Especially noteworthy that I joined the academy of Ustad Rashid Khan as a faculty for many years so I have learned Indian classical music from Ustad Rashid Khan for grooming my teaching process in this regard. From this academy, I've been felicitated for best music teaching by Ghazal maestro Hariharanji. I have been teaching music for 20 years and have been satisfying all my students and their parents. Since every person is different, I teach according to each student's learning capacity. I try to understand what is lacking in their music education, and what is their interest in music learns so they can improve singing more. Besides, these are the aspects that are taken care of the progress of their musical skills, like recovery of vocal damages, mark out the proper scale, lengthy practice in the class, Practice with manual taanpura & harmonium, pronunciation, learning music with proper notation, skillful rhythm knowledge & so on.
