Greetings! My name is Chloe and I have been passionately knitting for most of my life. As a dedicated crafter, I have spent the last three years sharing my love for crafts by teaching others. I am proud to have transformed my hobby into a thriving business called Panda Land Crafts Pattern, which offers an array of classes on various topics, including Yarn dying, Introduction to knitting and crochet, as well as specific techniques such as how to knit socks or a shawl.
As an enthusiastic and experienced knitter, I am always eager to teach new students and help them discover the joy of knitting for themselves. If you are interested in learning how to knit a particular item, please do not hesitate to contact me. I would be more than happy to discuss your interests and work out all of the necessary details together. In addition, I am also a trained Art Teacher, which allows me to bring a unique perspective to my craft and inspire my students to create beautiful works of art.
I have experience teaching various classes, including knitting and crochet. In knitting, I have taught classes on making shawls, socks, and an introductory course. For crochet, I have taught beginner-level classes and even covered yarn dying multiple times.
I have taught many classes and have had a blast teaching! I am currently teaching Fiber Arts and Children's art (K-5th grade) at a private school. I have completed many classes on how to knit as a beginner, Intro To Crochet, Intro to yarn dying, Pattern writing for beginners, how to knit motifs, as well as many other classes! As a committed educator, I prioritize enriching students' learning journeys by implementing diverse and dynamic teaching techniques. Drawing from my years of experience, I have found that incorporating engaging slide shows and hands-on learning activities is particularly effective in enhancing students' comprehension of complex concepts. To optimize the learning process, I make certain that students receive a thorough list of required materials well in advance of class registration. This proactive approach ensures that students are well-prepared and equipped with all necessary supplies, thereby maximizing their potential for success in our classes.
