My name is Camille, I am 30 and have always been an absolute food lover ! I was born in Toulouse, I lived in Paris for 6 years and I recently moved to Nantes, a great city where I can be a full-time cooking teacher.
I have been taught cooking by my grandmother and my mother at my youngest age. I decided a few years ago that I wanted to pass on what I have learned from them to my students!
I have been a cook teacher for a few years now and have taught children, young adults and adult the art of cook.
My cooking workshops are designed to be special moments of conviviality and sharing. Adapted to all levels, they are carefully prepared beforehand to ensure that they fully meet your desires and expectations and will bring you complete satisfaction.
Passionate about world cuisine, I offer a wide range of recipes. Between Lebanese, Palestinian, Moroccan, Turkish, Jewish, Japanese, Vietnamese or Italian cuisine, you will have the choice between a great diversity of flavors and tastes. The workshops can be adapted to vegetarians and vegans.

I have been taking several in-group and one-on-one classes from Camille and she is amazing! First, her English is very good so it's easy to understand her and her French accent is very charming. Second, her breadth and depth of knowledge in French cuisine is something I have never seen anywhere, so I keep learning even though I have been baking/cooking for some time already. Third, she is very pedagogical. The class goes at my own speed, not the teacher's speed, so I feel I am under very good and clear guidance. Finally, and more importantly, the food is exceptional and I am quite proud I did it (almost all) by myself. I have now booked a dozen classes from her as a gift to friends and family members. Those who already took their class with her gave me the same feedback. I just crave for more. Merci Camille! as they say in France.

The class was very informative yet relaxed at the same time. Camille made me feel like I was sitting in her kitchen, learning how to make homemade pasta. All that was missing was being able to smell the tomato sauce as it simmered on the stove. She was very good about asking how everyone was doing, and encouraged questions. We had a mix of students who were cooking along as well as those just watching, and I would say everyone came away with the knowledge to be able to successfully make the dish on their own.
Sharing and transmission being the priority, the steps of each recipe are detailed, the gestures explained. The objective is to give you all the keys so that you can reproduce again all the proposed recipes. Everyone can participe, whether you are a beginners of if you are used to cook more often !
How the cooking workshops work :
Once you have registered for a class, you can download the list of ingredients that you will need to buy and take note of the equipments required for the class. I highly recommand to invest in a kitchen scale to avoid the conversion between french and us measurements ;) !
