I'm a seasoned musician and educator with over 30 years of experience, collaborating with industry greats like Randy Newman in Hollywood. My music has graced Disney and Star+ films. I hold dual majors in Film Scoring and Contemporary Writing and Production from Berklee College of Music. Aware of the industry's challenges, I'm passionate about passing on my experience, nurturing the next generation, and igniting their enthusiasm for music.
My method is simple, film scoring is based on 5 fundamental structures (analysis ,primary concepts, sync, composition/orchestration and technology) depending on the background we will work with specific examples in real situations in the industry. You can have any type of prior knowledge and even not have , nor be a musician. During all my years as a teacher I have taught all types of professionals, from advanced musicians in the film and video game industry, to students preparing to study at Berklee, Royal school, USC, UCLA, Hollywood music workshop in Vienna, etc. Even professionals in the film industry, non-musicians, or simple amateurs.
