About
I am a freelance trumpet player and private teacher in Southern California. For more than 6 years, I have worked with beginning to advanced trumpet students of all ages. I specialize in orchestral, wind band, chamber music, and solo trumpet. I also have a Bachelor of Music degree in Trumpet Performance and Management from the University of Redlands.
I am a firm believer that music should be played for enjoyment, which is why I use a flexible teaching model. All lessons are individually tailored to a student's abilities and level of interest. I have an honesty policy that students share their true time commitment and completion of homework. I understand that life is busy, so I assign homework based on individual needs and schedules.
