About
For 20 years I have dedicated myself to developing educational and recreational proposals that have the objective of facilitating access to people of all ages to learn percussion, so that they can learn to make music with various percussion instruments.
I started teaching percussion in several musical school in my Home Town in Buenos Aires Argentina, Buenas Artes Escuela de Música, El Jardín de la Esquina, Aequalis, among others.
In the year 2000 a created my own music school, Escuela Urbana de Música y Artes, in which I taught percussion to more than an 4.000 students of all ages and levels. Since then I developed my teaching activities only in there and my online clases throught my website Tocar Percusión.
Between years 2010 and 2012 I worked for UNICEF as a musical facilitator for several programas developed by this international NGO in the north provinces of Argentina.
Also, ´between 2014 and 2018 I worked as music and percussion factilitator for teachers and students in several educational programs developed but the following organizations: Ministerio de Cultural de la Nación Argentina, Ministerio de Educación de la Provincia de Mendoza, Ministerio de Educación de la Provincia de La Pampa and Ministerio de Educación de la Provincia de Tierra del Fuego.
In addition from 2016 to 2018 I developed several musical and educational programs for kids and families in association with two NGO from Argentina: Liga de Amas de Casa y la Asociación de Amigos del Museo Sívori.
I also have a large professional background as composer, producer and session musician. In the last 10 years I participated in more than a 1000 professional recording as percussionist.
In my classes I propose a practical and fun learning route, which gradually and progressively teaches you all the concepts and elements necessary to achieve your goals with percussion.
✅ WHAT I OFFER YOU
? Online Percussion Classes, offers you individual and face-to-face classes.
? The approximate duration of the class is 40/50 minutes.
? They are classes suitable for all levels (Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced)
? Their contents are personalized to your level of knowledge and to the stage in which you are in your learning path with percussion.
? Classes are taught in SPANISH (ESP) or ENGLISH (ENG) according to the student's preference.
✅ CONTENT OF THE CLASSES
? All the technical, rhythmic and musical aspects necessary to learn to play percussion are addressed through a simple, practical and fun method.
? You will learn to play percussion in a practical and playful way through activities and musical challenges.
? Instruments included: Bongó, Cajón, Conga, Djembé and Timbal Brasilero
? Musical rhythms: Afro-Peruvian rhythms, Afro-Latin rhythms, Afro-Brazilian Rhythms, pop, rock, reggae, funk, soul, etc, are applied to the Cajón.

I have a Certification as Professional Musician and Percussionist from the Escuela Popular de Música of SADEM (Sindicato de Músico de la República Argentina).
I have a Bachelor Degree in Sociology form Universidad de Buenos Aires, and Posgrade in Gestion Cultural from the university of Córdoba.
