Hand Cards, Not Just for Rolags

About Hand Cards, Not Just for Rolags

The old song says “diamonds are a girl’s best friend”. My version would be hand cards are a spinner’s best friend. Besides making rolags for woolen yarns there are many other ways of using hand cards and we will play with several and spin the yarns they create. It all depends on the fibers you use, how you dress the cards and the way you spin the yarn.
Hand cards belong in every spinner’s basket even those who only spin prepared fibers.
