Open to anyone who has used a spindle to spin yarn.
This class is for anyone who needs confidence on a spindle, and who has already taken a beginner drop spindle class, or has beginner-level experience on a spindle.
The capacity for this class is 12 students.
Class Materials
Students will want to provide:
Optional: your own drop spindle; an example of your handspun yarn.
Materials kit:
Kit includes fiber for spinning in class. Provided for use in class: drop spindles, niddy-noddy, and WPI tools.
Materials kit cost:
$10 (to be paid directly to the instructor at the class)

Cynthia Haney
Cynthia Dianne Haney, a spindle maker, is passionate about teaching people how to spin. She designs spindles and turns them on the lathe to aid students with high quality performance. Enabling students to make the yarn they want with a spindle. Teaching beginner spinners, of all ages and abilities, since 2011.
