About Needle Felt a Mini Landscape

Join us for a relaxing and creative workshop where you'll learn the fun, beginner-friendly craft of needle felting! We will guide you step-by-step to transform soft wool roving into your own miniature landscape scene.
We will cover techniques for creating trees, hills, skies, small details and more. You'll leave with a unique piece of art that captures a little piece of nature.

What will students learn:
Students will learn basic needle felting skills. In addition to basic skills, we will explore the special qualities of wool and other fibers, and more advanced skills such as blending colors, layering, perspective, and more.

Alesia started her fiber odyssey over two decades ago with a couple of sheep and a passion to learn more. The sheep patiently taught her much about life, farming and fiber! She now lives on a small farm in Youngsville, NC with her husband and son and together they shepherd a very eclectic flock of award-winning sheep.
