Textural, whimsy, or classy--it's up to you, the designer. This vest is also a great project for beginners to transition from scarves and shawls to felted clothing. Created flat, It does require a large work surface (two 6' tables put together).
The capacity for this class is 16 students.
Materials, Equipment, and Supplies the Student Must Bring to Class
5'x8' rubber rug mat ($20 on Amazon); two old towels, a pool noodle, full size SHARP scissors, optional apron, wear comfy shoes, any additional embellishments you may want to work with
Materials Kit and Kit Description
Your class registration fee includes a materials kit with a value of $70 which includes:
Super fine merino, yardage of silk chiffon, a variety of embellishments, a printed handout, (I will loan my wetting equipment). There will be lots of color options in kits and extras available for purchase.

Skin as a protective covering, and as identifier, and how it can record history. A study of animal skin, and human skin; leading to hybrids.
