Using Steeks Stitches
About Using Steeks Stitches
The class is designed for the knitter who is interested in the use of steek stitches. Maybe you’ve watched all of the steeking videos. Maybe you’ve even cut one yourself. But you are still not convinced your stitches are not going to run. Or perhaps that cut steek looks a bit untidy for your heirloom masterpiece. In this class, we will look at how and why steek stitches are used, a variety of methods to secure those unsightly steek flaps as well as how to pick up stitches along the edge of the steek which will add to the security of the cut openings. All without losing a stitch!
